Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations and seating areas. Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system. Restock inventory such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Upsell products and provide suggestions based on customer preferences. Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not always required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, French press). Passion for coffee and customer service. Team-player with a positive attitude.
