Provide product information, recommendations, and accommodate special requests.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Beverage & Food Preparation
Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold beverages, teas, and other menu items.
Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistency.
Operate coffee equipment: espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, etc.
Prepare and serve pastries, sandwiches, or other light food items if offered.
Operations & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, cafe seating area, and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Refill supplies (beans, milk, syrups, cups, napkins).
Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cash register counts.
Sales & Cash Handling
Process orders using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit, mobile payments accurately.
Upsell or suggest additional menu items when appropriate.
Teamwork & Communication
Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand.
Communicate inventory needs and equipment issues to supervisors.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
