Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including teas, and specialty beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, describe coffee varieties, and address customer needs and preferences.
Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment to ensure proper function and hygiene.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including countertops, equipment, and customer seating areas, following health and safety guidelines.
Monitor and restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, syrups, and food items to prevent shortages.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and communicate with management about equipment issues or inventory needs.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and potentially holiday.
