Job Summary:
The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events. This role ensures that every event runs smoothly, maintains high service standards, and provides an exceptional guest experience. The supervisor coordinates with kitchen, service, and event planning teams to guarantee seamless execution of all banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all banquet setup and service activities according to event orders (BEOs).
Ensure timely preparation, organization, and cleanliness of banquet halls before and after each event.
Lead and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Assign duties and responsibilities to banquet staff and ensure proper staffing levels for each event.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and catering teams for timely food service and presentation.
Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate event details, guest expectations, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies used during events.
Support in training and onboarding new banquet team members.
Assist in cost control, minimizing wastage, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with management and event planners regarding event updates or changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
