Banquet Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the banquet department and ensuring that all guests have an outstanding experience. They are responsible for the setup, service, and breakdown of events in the banquet area. The Banquet Supervisor will ensure that all banquet staff adhere to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service. They will ensure that events are well organized and that all timelines are met. The Banquet Supervisor will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising banquet staff. They will also assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
Manage banquet staff and ensure quality of service to guests
Coordinate with catering staff to organize banquet events
Develop banquet event plans, including layout of tables and seating arrangements
Ensure all food and beverage orders are fulfilled accurately
Supervise setup and cleanup of banquet events
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,400.00 per month
Experience:
