About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Bakery Supervisor
to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure high-quality product standards, and lead a team of bakers and associates.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support bakery staff during daily operations
Oversee production schedules to ensure freshness and product availability
Train, coach, and evaluate bakery team members
Maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
Assist with baking, decorating, and customer service as needed
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
1+ years of bakery or food production experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
