Bakery Supervisor / Manager
Job Description
A well established Bakery in Ajman looking for Head Decorator / Supervisor for the Bakery that fits the following criteria:
Should have at least 2-4 years experience of successfully running a high end Bakery or Restaurant.
Must have in depth knowledge of Bakery operations, day-to-day menu update.
Must have excellent Cake Decoration skills, as he/she will be in charge of finalizing designs and train junior Decorators.
Must be able to make all type of On-demand cake designs.
Must have in-depth knowledge of ingredients and should be able to provide insight to improve taste, quality and standard.
Should be able to demonstrate leadership and keep the staff motivated.
Should have good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulation.
Should be well spoken and presentable.
Having a driving license would be added advantage.
Having a Graduate degree will be preferred.
Preference will be given to immediate joiners and from Ajman.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
