Knowladge of

all types of Breads bunns ,croissants,danish,pie,cup cakes soft pastries,slab cakes,rolls,swiss rolls,puff pastries,french pastries, vennosseries ect... Laminated flavoured croissant bio colour croissants ect

Recipe innovation: A Pastry and Bakery Chef develops and tests new recipes to expand the menu offerings and keep up with the latest trends in the culinary world.

Quality control: Ensuring all baked goods meet the established quality and presentation standards is crucial. This includes monitoring baking processes, checking for consistency and accuracy, and making adjustments as needed.
Inventory management: Efficiently managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed is essential to maintain a smooth operation in the kitchen.
Maintaining a clean workspace: Adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations, keeping the workspace clean and organized is paramount.
Teamwork and training: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet production goals and training and mentoring junior staff in baking techniques and procedures are often part of the job.
Skills:

Technical expertise: A deep understanding of baking techniques, including mixing, kneading, proofing, baking, and decorating, is fundamental.
Creativity and artistry: The ability to create visually appealing and delicious treats requires a creative flair and an eye for detail.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Korean Japanese pastry chef: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:

English is must (Preferred)
License/Certification:

certified food handling certificate from country (Preferred)
