Quality control: Ensuring all baked goods meet the established quality and presentation standards is crucial. This includes monitoring baking processes, checking for consistency and accuracy, and making adjustments as needed.
Inventory management: Efficiently managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed is essential to maintain a smooth operation in the kitchen.
Maintaining a clean workspace: Adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations, keeping the workspace clean and organized is paramount.
Teamwork and training: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet production goals and training and mentoring junior staff in baking techniques and procedures are often part of the job.
