Job Description

- -ideally with experience in using Japanese ingredients,
- Preparing all Bakery products as per the standard guidelines & instructions of Head Baker
- Gathering ingredients & prepare all misc-en-place for the smooth operation of the shift
- Operate ovens and grills, and keeping your work surfaces and equipment clean and sanitary
- Prepare items according to demand & requisitions placed
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
- Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items & recipes
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow safety procedures to avoid burns and other injuries while working with equipment
