Our established sports academy in Dubai is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced
Badminton Coach
to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in badminton, experience coaching youth players, and a passion for developing talent in a structured and positive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular badminton training sessions for various age groups
Design and implement age- and skill-appropriate training programs
Coach players during practices, matches, and tournaments
Track and assess player development and provide individual feedback
Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork
Maintain a safe, professional, and encouraging training environment
Requirements:
Preferred an
Indone sian national
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a badminton coach or player
Experience working with children or youth athletes
Solid understanding of badminton techniques and training methods
Basic English communication skills
Coaching certification is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Dubai
