Job Title: Professional Swimming Coach(Male)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Professional Swimming Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to a diverse group of swimmers, from beginners to competitive athletes. You will play a vital role in helping individuals improve their swimming techniques, increase their confidence in the water, and achieve their personal swimming goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct individual and group swim lessons.

Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques, including stroke mechanics, breathing techniques, and water safety.

Develop personalized training programs for swimmers of different skill levels.

Monitor swimmers' progress and adjust training plans to ensure steady improvement.

Ensure a safe and positive environment for all swimmers, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Assist with organizing swim meets, competitions, and other aquatic events as needed.

Communicate regularly with parents, swimmers, and management regarding progress, schedules, and goals.

Maintain a clean and organized pool area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Swimming Coach, with a focus on competitive and/or recreational swimming.

Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, ASCA Certification, Lifeguard/CPR certification) are required.

Strong understanding of swimming techniques and the ability to communicate them effectively to students of all ages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for swimming and teaching.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience coaching competitive swim teams or working in a swim academy.

o Knowledge of aquatic safety and first aid.

o Previous experience working with children and adults.
