We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Badminton Coach
to join our team and help develop players of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The ideal candidate is dedicated, motivating, and able to create a positive and structured training environment.Responsibilities:
Plan and lead badminton training sessions tailored to player skill levels. Teach techniques, game strategy, and physical conditioning. Monitor player development and provide regular feedback. Maintain a safe and encouraging training atmosphere. Organize and oversee participation in tournaments and matches. Assist in talent identification and recruitment for development programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a badminton coach or high-level competitive player. Coaching certification (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coaching youth or junior players. Background in sports science or physical education. Ability to manage group and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
