Nespresso UAE is hiring a B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on mainly acquiring new customers in the Offices channels and dealing with existing customers as well, particularly targeting medium to large corporate clients across Abu Dhabi -- a fast-growing market for Nespresso.
You'll be working in the field, building a client base and playing a key role in developing a new strategic segment for the business. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, agile, and results-driven.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
Aligned with the Sales Field Plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory.
Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events...)
Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Offices Channel Guidelines
Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
Increase business with existing customers / maximize penetration rate in a customer.
Use of CRM system to grow / maintain existing customers.
Provide market intelligence to the sales team.
Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.
Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the Sales Process
Compliance with Nespresso Business Principles and policies including the trade policy, sales policy, local trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.
What will make you successful...
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (Out-of-Home/field-based preferred)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
A self-starter who thrives in independent, on-the-ground roles
Highly driven, agile, and proactive in identifying and seizing opportunities
Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in decision-making
Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus
* Experience with CRM systems and customer lifecycle management
