The role involves managing alerts during system upgrades, coordinating risk model implementation, and delivering training sessions to ensure strong regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
Roll out updated compliance policies and procedures, supporting business units through transition
Assist in customer data quality remediation through sample reviews and validation
Support enhanced due diligence (EDD) and thematic reviews of remediated files
Help manage increased case volumes during system enhancements
Coordinate implementation and testing of the Country Risk Assessment Model (CRAM)
Facilitate internal training sessions on compliance enhancements, system changes, and policy updates
Contribute to strengthening governance and alignment with regulatory standards
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
8+ years of overall experience in compliance or risk management roles
Preferably experienced in leading QA/QC teams reviewing alerts and investigations
Experience conducting product risk assessments desirable
Background in developing or updating compliance procedures advantageous
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
