Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Drive B2B sales for private label and OEM clients in wet wipes, baby care, hygiene, and personal care categories.
Identify, target, and convert leads across
distributors, pharmacy chains, supermarkets, HORECA, and healthcare
sectors.
Work with brand owners to offer tailored manufacturing solutions.
Attend international trade shows, virtual meetings, and industry events to generate high-quality leads.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term client relationships and understand specific market needs.
Act as the key point of contact between internal teams (R&D, packaging, production) and clients.
Export Sales & Market Expansion
Manage international sales activities, including pricing, contract negotiation, and distributor onboarding.
Navigate export processes and documentation in coordination with logistics and compliance teams.
Develop region-specific sales strategies to penetrate new markets across
GCC, Africa, Asia, and Europe

Revenue & Growth Targets
Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Bring in 3-5 high-value private label clients within the first 6-9 months.
Generate USD 300,000+ in new business annually through direct network or market development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6-10 years of B2B sales experience in
FMCG, personal care, hygiene, or contract manufacturing
.
Proven track record in
private label or OEM sales
(wet wipes industry experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract closure skills.
Experience managing
export markets
and understanding international compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with
MOQ, production lead times, and packaging
in manufacturing.
Established network with distributors, HORECA buyers, pharmacy chains, or global retailers.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and travel for business development.

Salary:
AED 10,000 - 15,000/month (depending on experience and market exposure)
