B2B Sales Manager

to join our team. Our services range from AC maintenance to landscaping and construction works.

Services You Will Sell:

AC servicing and deep cleaning (including central, split, and duct systems) AC repair (including chillers and VRF systems) Landscaping, gardening, and irrigation systems Monthly building maintenance contracts Minor and major renovation and construction projects Custom work requests from developers, facility managers, and property owners

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or in the construction/technical services field Knowledge of the construction or engineering sector is a strong advantage Confident communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Results-driven mindset (commission-based income only) Experience with cold calling, social media outreach, or platforms like Dubizzle is a plus Familiarity with UAE regions, valid driver's license and car preferred Self-motivated, punctual, and trustworthy
