Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our client's team in the building construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing within the construction or industrial materials industry, with a proven track record in driving B2B sales growth and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the construction, real estate development, and industrial sectors.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, procurement managers, and industry consultants.

Product Sales:

Promote and sell construction-related materials including but not limited to

cement, minerals, and other raw building materials

.

Sales Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal logistics, operations, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Trade Shows & Networking:

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

5 years of experience

in B2B sales and marketing within the

building construction or industrial materials industry

. Strong understanding of

construction supply chains

, raw materials, and project-based selling. Proven ability to

generate leads and close sales

in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. UAE driving license is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.

Compensation



Salary Range:

AED 5,000 to AED 12,000 per month
(Based on experience, skillset, and market knowledge)

Performance-based incentives and other benefits as per company policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
