Key Responsibilities:

Customer Visits:

Travel across the city daily to visit

hardware stores, paint shops, and distributors

, promoting Tower Tools' products.

Sales & Order Management:

Take customer orders, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify and approach new potential customers, effectively presenting our product line to drive sales growth.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Educate customers on the benefits and features of Tower Tools' painting tools, ensuring brand preference.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Insights:

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to support strategic planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor sales

, preferably in

painting tools, hardware, or construction-related products

.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently

while managing a structured sales routine.

Valid UAE driver's license

and willingness to travel extensively within the city.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Knowledge of

hardware and paint supply markets

is an advantage.
