We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
B2B Manager
to join our team. This position focuses exclusively on developing and managing business-to-business relationships with key clients in the hospitality, interior design, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients within the HoReCa, design, and corporate gifting industries.
Account Management:
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Client Relations:
Build strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers, procurement managers, and business owners.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals effectively.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position our products strategically.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in B2B sales, preferably in the
luxury goods, hospitality, or design sectors.
Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (required); Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in the
Dubai or GCC market
preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
