Overview of the role
The job holder will be responsible for development of Business 2 Business (B2B) for ACE core Business and execution of strategies to meet business objectives at ACE Hardware. The job holder will be a commercially driven who will be accountable for evaluating business trends, negotiating, and managing customers, building strategic relationships with large B2B customers - new and existing.
As a B2B Manager, the job holder will be driving B2B agenda by collaborating with internal stakeholders in EIT, Internal Audit, Process & Compliance, Marketing, Ecom and Stores to develop B2B function within the division. Also ensuring streamline of processes and making use of technologies to enhance interaction with customers and deliver excellent customer experience at the same time. The job holder will be accountable to manage sales budgets and ensuring deliverance of top line and bottom line for B2B Sales Vertical.
