Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager with good experience in German, American, Japanese, and Luxury cars. Minimum 10 Years UAE Experience Required.
- Ensure maximum output of top quality work executed at maximum efficiency from the Workshop.
- Ensure top-quality work job by matching principals' repair standards. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and achieving target revenue.
- Ensure staff and workshop discipline for efficiency, quality, and professionalism of job.
- Establish clear communication with customers and staff to enhance job completion, and quality and develop customer confidence.
- Provide training, coaching, and occasional on the on-the-jobtance to enhance staff capabilities
