Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading Waste Management Company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Workshop Manager who will oversee all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, repairs and upkeep operations of the company\xe2\x80\x99s truck fleets and Construction Equipment. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

Other Responsibilities include -

- Timely maintain scheduled Preventive Maintenance routine, ensure the highest standard of work done.

- Further developing new maintenance procedures, solutions and implement them.

- Carry out periodic inspections to eradicate premature failures of the Equipment and Trucks Fleets

- Ensure all fleet maintenance schedules are implemented and monitored through SAP.

- Plan and oversee all repairs \xe2\x80\x93 PM and CM

- Ensure all Corrective Maintenance procedures are done as per OEM recommendation.

- Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports for budgeting and forecasting as per management requests.

- Monitor expenses and control the budget allocated for maintenance.

- Monitor maintenance inventory and initiate parts, equipment, tools and material orders.

- Support Saudi Projects Operations through team work, proactive and service-oriented approach.

- Ensure Your Team to reduce down time of equipment and provide the highest availability of fleet possible.

- Maintain close coordination between vendor, service providers, Abu Dhabi Operations and finance department for financial/ purchase aspects of jobs under execution or forecasted.

- Ensure that fleet maintenance work flow is monitored and is uninterrupted. Forecast impending challenges and work with concerned manager to achieve timely resolution.

- Coordinate with all dispatchers, coordinators and supervisors for fleet availability and priority of action.

- Point out cases of neglect, misuse or accidents on proactive basis, and present solutions/ penalties for eradication.

Requirements

- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related academics.

- Minimum 8 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Construction Equipment fleet/ heavy duty maintenance.

- Atleast 3 Years UAE, GCC Experience

- Experience in service procedures and techniques of popular brands of trucks and equipment

- Proven record of Workshop Management Experience \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 5 years required.

- Excellent knowledge of all Construction equipment brands, trucks agencies in local market.

- Aftermarket knowledge of local vendors is an advantage.

- Driving License.

- Solid technical experience related to maintenance of Company Equipment

- Good Communication and data entry skill. English is a must.

- Good administrative skills. Good Team management skills.
