XA Group is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor and Estimator. As a Service Advisor and Estimator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on the necessary repairs and estimating the costs associated with the services. \
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers and conduct a thorough consultation to understand their vehicle issues.
Clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services.
Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Estimation:
Utilize your knowledge of car parts, mechanical work, and industry pricing to accurately estimate the cost of repairs.
Provide detailed breakdowns of estimated costs, including labor, parts, and any additional services required.
Ensure transparency and clarity in communicating estimates to customers.
Technical Understanding:
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, parts, and repair methods.
Collaborate with our skilled technicians to assess and understand the extent of repairs needed.
Documentation:
Record all customer interactions and service details accurately in the system.
Prepare and present written estimates to customers.
Customer Education:
Explain the importance of recommended services and repairs to customers, emphasizing safety and longevity of their vehicles.
Vendor Relations:
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to stay informed about the latest prices and availability of car parts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of car parts, mechanical systems, and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.
Familiarity with automotive software and diagnostic tools.
