Job Description
Automotive Workshop Service Advisors required for a Premium Car Maintenace Center in Dubai to assist customers in determining problems with their vehicles while providing accurate service. Responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, and estimating repair costs. Qualifications: The suitable candiadte would hold a Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Certification as a Certified Service Advisor is a plus. Experience working on European cars is a must Experince: 4-6 years with an Automobile Agency/ Dealer Having sales Experince is preferred Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Good communication in English, and Arabic a plus
