Automotive Service Advisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Service advisor who has experience in UAE in the automobile industry. Excellent communication skills and professional experience in dealing with customers. 1. Must be an Automobile/Mechanical Engineer/Diploma Holder with automotive experience 2. Must be available in UAE for a face to face interview 3.Available to join immediately Day to Day Operations: a~ Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers a~ Approaches transactions with sales-minded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to clients, including making clients aware of all packages and retail options available a~ Answers customer questions about services, including when to expect vehicle repairs a~ Displays extensive knowledge about products and services a~ Coordinate with the supervisor to inspect the car. a~ Issue the report with the required spare parts, time & cost. a~ Check the availability of the spare parts in the system, from the store or from supplier and make sure to get a fast response from supplier. a~ Send the quotation to the customer by email & whatsapp. a~ Ensure the approval is received from the customer by email if needed or make sure that the quotation is signed in case the customer is present. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
