Position: Sales Manager
Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. At least 10-15 years of experience in:
Luxury car maintenance (service & repair)
Body shop (paint & dent)
PPF & detailing
2. Must be able to develop sales strategies and provide a structured plan for a team of 4 salesmen plus the marketing department (including social media, website, and photography teams).
3. Target sales: AED 1,000,000 in the first month.
4. Candidate will be hired on a 1-month trial basis. Upon successful performance, a 2-year contract will be offered.
5. Responsible for arranging and monitoring the sales plan for the entire team.
6. Salary range: AED 15,000 - 20,000 (other details will be discussed during the interview).
