Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in UAE, The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the region, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The role requires travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
2- 3 years of Automotive experience within Auto dealer Experience in Sales Management, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management Proficiency in developing Sales Strategies, and setting and achieving Sales Targets Strong skills in Team Management and Leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Understanding of the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Arabic speaking is preferred Automotive industry experience is must
