Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Auto Master Technician

to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with a high level of expertise and precision. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of automotive systems and demonstrate strong leadership in guiding junior technicians. This role is crucial for ensuring top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals. Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and electronic system troubleshooting. Lead and mentor junior technicians and ensure work is performed to the highest standards. Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper functionality. Perform thorough inspections and provide accurate, detailed repair estimates. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, workshop procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new automotive technologies and systems. Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used. Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.

Qualifications:

Certified Master Technician (ASE or equivalent certifications preferred). Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience. Expertise in diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems. Strong understanding of scan tools, diagnostic software, and workshop systems. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to train and supervise other technicians. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with German and luxury vehicles is a strong plus. Familiarity with OEM-specific software (e.g., ODIS, ISTA, XENTRY, etc.). Strong communication and customer service skills. Bilingual (English + Arabic or another language) is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
