Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Master Technician to join our team. This role requires advanced diagnostic and repair expertise, leadership in technical matters, and the ability to mentor junior technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, braking, suspension, and HVAC. Accurately identify faults using specialized tools, diagnostic software, and technical data. Ensure all repairs and services are carried out to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices. Conduct final quality checks and road tests before vehicle handover. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Assist in monitoring workshop performance and efficiency metrics. Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding required repairs, parts, and job status. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Certified Master Technician (OEM certifications or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs. Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
