About the role:
The Country Manager - Service will be a key member of the International Business (IB) team, based at the headquarters in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, this role is responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and performance of the after-sales service function across key markets in the CIS region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, blending technical expertise with a strong focus on enhancing service quality, customer satisfaction, and dealer relations.
