We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician with hands-on expertise in maintaining and repairing electrical systems of crushers, heavy machinery, and mobile equipment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnostics, wiring, sensor calibration, and troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in crushers, screens, and other heavy equipment (jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, etc.)
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting components in mobile and stationary equipment.
Conduct routine electrical maintenance and testing on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Calibrate and troubleshoot electrical sensors, relays, controllers, starters, alternators, and batteries.
Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all electrical systems are safe and compliant with standards.
Support mechanical maintenance teams during equipment overhauls or breakdowns.
Record maintenance logs, fault reports, and repair activities in the system or as directed.
Assist in commissioning and testing of new equipment or machinery upgrades.
