. The ideal candidate must have
at least 2 years of experience
in preparing technical drawings for
swimming pool projects
in the UAE or GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
AutoCAD 2D & 3D drawings
for swimming pools, water features, pump rooms, and related construction works.
Create
shop drawings
,
layout drawings
,
sectional details
, and
as-built drawings
.
Draft
MEP and civil drawings
including piping layouts, structural details, and equipment room layouts.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and design teams to ensure drawing compliance and accuracy.
Revise, update, and maintain drawing files throughout all project phases.
Assist in preparing
BOQs, material lists
, and technical documentation when needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience specifically in swimming pool projects
(mandatory).
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
Strong command of
AutoCAD 2D & 3D
, with hands-on experience in swimming pool layouts and technical drawings.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
