Position: Civil Engineer (DM Certified) - Site Engineer (Fitout & Swimming Pools)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Royal yard swimming pool installation
We are looking for a DM-certified Civil Engineer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects, and are confident in handling approvals, site execution, and coordination, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage on-site activities and coordinate with teams and subcontractors
Handle all Dubai Municipality (DM) and local authority approvals
Monitor progress, safety, and quality on-site
Prepare daily reports and ensure work follows approved plans
Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
Valid DM Engineer Card (SOE)
3 years UAE experience, especially in Fitout/swimming pool projects
Good knowledge of DM, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees procedures
UAE driving license (preferred)
