Responsibility:
Lead and manage on-site execution of
landscaping and swimming pool projects
from start to finish.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure precise implementation of project designs.
Supervise installation of hardscaping, irrigation, drainage systems, lighting, green spaces, and pools.
Monitor daily site operations ensuring
quality, safety
, and
timeline adherence
.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and standard compliance.
Conduct regular inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting.
Assist with project budgeting, material take-offs, and resource planning.
Provide on-site problem-solving for technical and construction-related challenges.
Ensure all
health, safety, and environmental regulations
are strictly followed.
Maintain site documentation, reports, permits, and client communications.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
3-4 years of UAE experience
in landscaping and swimming pool projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and techniques
Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills
UAE Driving License
