Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Arch or Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering / technical discipline. Job Responsibilities:
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum of 6 years experience in drafting related to Interior Fit-Out and Joinery.
- Experience in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for joinery and Interior fit-out.
- Familiarity with other relevant software tools such as Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max may be beneficial.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards for interior fit-out and joinery.
- The capability to identify and solve drafting-related issues during the design and construction phases.
- Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of different materials used in interior fit-out and joinery, and the ability to incorporate this knowledge into drawings.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to interior fit-out and joinery.
