AutoCAD Draftsman for Interior Fitout and Joinery Draughtsman- Fitout and Joinery Please ONLY apply for this role if you match the below required Qualifications and Experience. All other CV\'s will be rejected

• Must have a minimum 5 years working for a Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
• Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects. Should have completed a minimum of 20 high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
• Based out of Dubai with a Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to work Industry timings as per the project requirements.
• Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fitout, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
• Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
• Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
• Must be able to prepare free hand section details for the team on-site
• Must be able to Execute the design to practical sizes and materials.
• Knowledge of creating BOQ\'s and Cutting list
• Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions
• Prepare transmittal and drawing submission for DM & Community Management approvals.

- Preference given to candidates who understand BOQ & estimations. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in the successful execution of high-end residential projects, hotels and commercial projects.
• Fluency in English, IT Literate, and ability to respond quickly to immediate requirements.
• Proactive with a Go-getter attitude.
• Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred.
