Job Description
Epic Acrylic Technical Services Contracting L.L.C. in association with Exclusive Acrylic Middle East Industries LLC. is looking for sales and design engineer in the field of fit-out, joinery and architectural features with proficiency in AutoCad. The perfect candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver effective solutions to clients. Requirements: 1. Technical Knowledge: A strong foundation and understanding of architectural features (water features), fit-out and joinery principles, techniques, and materials is essential. 2. Design Skills: Proficiency in using AutoCAD both 2D and 3 D is crucial for creating detailed plans, visualizations, and 3D models. The ability to translate clients\' requirements. 3. Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sales and marketing abilities, combined with the capacity to understand clients\' needs. 4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of fit-out and joinery products and materials ( wood, glass, metal, acrylic) is necessary. 5. Project Management: Having project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors . Attention to detail and organisational capabilities are essential. Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in design, or project management within the fit-out and joinery industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to create detailed shop drawings and production drawings for Interior Fit-out, joinery projects
- Ability to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
- Knowledge of creating BOQ\'s
- Fluency in English is a must
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Fit out and joinery design: 1 year (Required)
