Our client is a well-established boutique interior fit out firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial refurbishment projects.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced interior fit out site engineer with AutoCAD draughtsman / draftsman experience to join their Dubai office.
The role will be responsible for site inspections and AutoCAD drafting for refurbishment interior fit out projects to ensure the seamless execution of all civil and joinery work to meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

The role will be responsible for site inspections and AutoCAD drafting for refurbishment interior fit out projects to ensure the seamless execution of all civil and joinery work to meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Role Summary
Site Work
- Coordinate all site activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality of civil and joinery works.
- Coordinate on site resources \xe2\x80\x93 labor, equipment and materials and resolve issues.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to mandatory health and safety requirements onsite.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports.
- Liaise with clients to address queries and concerns.
- Prepare layouts, sketches, detailed joinery and architectural drawings for assembly and production, for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare schematic layouts and 3d renders based on client briefs.
- 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 interior fit out site experience focused on onsite quality control of carpentry, joinery, woodwork, gypsum, flooring, landscaping and civil works.
- 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 3D AutoCAD draughtsman design for interior fit out and joinery projects.
- Proficiency in reading MEP and technical drawings.
- UAE driving license.
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, problem solving with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
- Professional appearance with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture
