Coordinate with RAK authorities and relevant government departments for civil and architectural approvals.
Prepare, review, and submit drawings, documents, and technical reports through applicable authority portals.
Ensure full compliance with RAK Municipality regulations, building codes, and authority guidelines.
Follow up on submissions, comments, NOCs, and approvals to meet project timelines.
Liaise with design teams to address authority comments and ensure timely resubmissions.
Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
Support project teams during design, tender, and construction stages for authority-related matters.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Authority Coordinator in RAK.
Strong exposure to civil and architectural submissions within an engineering consultancy environment.
Thorough knowledge of RAK authority procedures, portals, and approval processes.
Good communication and coordination skills with authorities, clients, and internal teams.
