We are hiring an Authority Coordinator to manage the preparation, review, and submission of architectural and site-related documents to government authorities. The role involves coordination with regulatory bodies, such as but not limited to municipalities, development authorities, Trakhees, Roads and Transport Authorities, Civil Defense, utility service providers, and telecom companies. Key Responsibilities:Handle submissions for design approvals, NOCs, permits, and completion certificates.Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and various authorities to ensure compliance.Track submission status, address authority comments, and ensure timely approvals.Stay updated on all regulatory changes and communicate updates to project teams.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.3-5 years' experience in Dubai/UAE authority submissions.Strong knowledge of government regulations and online submission systems.Organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
