Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Control Room Systems / Audio Visual Engineer (Level 2)

to join our

Roads O&M - Asset Affairs

team. The role involves planning, designing, implementing, operating, and optimizing Control Room and Audio Visual (AV) solutions, while coordinating closely with system integrators and overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the operation, implementation, and enhancement of Control Room and AV systems. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and ICT teams to streamline solutions and optimize costs. Translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps and implement future-ready solutions. Supervise day-to-day operations, upgrades, and migrations of AV systems. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor junior engineers and provide real-time escalation support. Coordinate with manufacturers for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Build strong relationships across departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology. 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. Certifications:

Barco, Biamp, and CTS

. Hands-on experience managing full project life cycles and AV/Control Room solutions.

Desirable:

Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent). Avixa CTS-I or CTS-D. Knowledge of CCTV systems (preferred).

CCNA

in Routing & Switching.

Technical Expertise

Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of

Barco Video Walls

. Experience with

Crestron Room Automation

and

Biamp network-based audio solutions

. Administration of

Windows Server 2012/2016

. Proficiency with

Barco CMS
