Create and manage integrated project plan for large digital transformation projects
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
Assisting with resource scheduling for all ongoing projects
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors to ensure the timely project deliverables
Schedule stakeholder meetings, facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement
Create and manage project risk register and work closely with project team and stakeholders in Risk mitigation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics
• At least 5+ Years of experience working as project Manager/Coordinator for complex digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology is a must.
• Prior experience working of retail /supply chain technology projects is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Project management software like Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Prince2 or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and environments.
• Excellent communications skills
