VAM Systems is currently looking for Project Manager for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions: Qualifications & Experience Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Any other project management certification such as PRINCE II certification is a plus Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Experience with project management software tools Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects Skills & Proficiencies Developing and Tracking Budgets Coaching & Supervision Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Analytical & Technical Skills Project Management & Process Improvement Management & Planning Performance Management Risk Management Negotiation & Cost Control Verbal & Written Communication Detail-Oriented Key Accountabilities Design, establish and execute a road map and a project charter & plan with project timelines Create a delivery roadmap for designing and implementation of all business processes required for the projects Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Any variances to be highlight to the management for approvals. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Identify required resources and ensure availability and allocation in coordination with management Develop a detailed project charter and plan to monitor and track progress and report to management Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Define, draft, and propose policies to senior management Ensure all SOP, Process Maps, manual and procedures are captured for all processes Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs Ensure all documents are referenced and can be referred to during quality and compliance audits. Act as a central point for all start-up processes with respective departments Ensure implementation and maintenance of the quality systems within the site in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Delegate and monitor project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis and management decisions Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Attend to all work-related travel plans Perform other related duties as assigned The Selected candidate shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain Should you be interested in this opportunity please send resume at
