Job Responsibility
- Facilitate and support some scrum events such as Daily Scrum.
- Help product leaders in maintaining product backlog.
- Working with product team to resolve obstacles and impediments.
- Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization
- Assist in software testing and technical writing where required.
- Provide technical product support by resolving any reported issues and helping users properly use the system.
- Coordinate product related initiatives including the new product introduction process and user training.
- Related previous working experience for a maximum of 1-2 years.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, BIS or related fields.
- Excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge/experience in software testing and technical support.
- Knowledge/experience in T-SQL and Database development.
- Solid understanding and experience in RESTful APIs is a plus.
- Knowledge in UX/UI is a plus.
