Our Client - A leading firm into Ecommerce fulfilment industry is seeking an Operations Associate for Outbound Operations. This role involves facilitating accurate order processing, meticulous quality checks, and efficient shipment preparation within an eCommerce fulfilment centre, ensuring compliance with client specifications and SLAs.

Position: - Operations Associate - Outbound Operations

Package: -3-4 K

Location: -Dubai.

Experience: -1-2 Years of Logistics industry is must.

Preference: - Candidates with strong communication skills and industry experience will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Order Assessment: Receive work orders, analyse them to identify item types and quantities required for picking and shipping.
• Product Verification: Utilize handheld scanning devices to scan product codes, ensuring accurate order processing and verification.
• Product Labelling and Customization: Label products according to special instructions, prepare dedicated notes, cards, and visual merchandising materials as per client specifications.
• Order Packing: Pack orders following outbound preparation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with packaging standards.
• Document Preparation: Assist in preparing outbound reports, packing lists, delivery notes, and other relevant documents required for shipment.
• Quality Control Inspection: Inspect products for defects or damages, verifying adherence to outbound quality control guidelines and SOPs.
• Label Printing and VAS Management: Print product sticker labels and manage order customization for any value-added service (VAS) activities as per client requirements.
• Order Processing and SLA Compliance: Process and prepare orders in accordance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in using handheld scanning devices and familiarity with scanning technology.
• Attention to detail in product labelling, order packing, and documentation preparation.
• Understanding of outbound quality control procedures and adherence to SOPs.
• Capability to manage order customization and handle VAS activities.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure SLA compliance and accurate order processing.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for team-based operations.
