Job Summary
To support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations in coordination with Cooperate HR
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, and regulations.
Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
Handling payroll including statutory deductions.
Conduct new employee induction program.
Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs.
Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Oversee employees' disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
Assist with the annual salary review process BSC, as and when required.
KPIs
Pre Planning of Recruitment for Replacement, internal movement of staff with SLA TAT.
Employee Engagement quarterly.
Customer Satisfaction (Timely and Maintain Accuracy).
Providing training In Quality system.
Work experience requirement
With At least 6-8 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
