Job Summary
In charge of product application laboratories and support to product development and customer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO\xe2\x80\x99s vision & values.
- Ensuring product launch process adherence from concept development to launch while managing the key documents at each stage of development.
- Hands-on with regard to developing new products.
- Ensure that all project information is recorded within departmental databases e.g recipe database, share folder, online systems, etc...
- Creating and Maintaining the Documentations - Formulations, Process of manufacturing, BOM, BPR, other product/formula management tools like Oracle or SAP.
- Provides technical support to the internal business departments and has strong associations with other departments like QA, Production, Supply Chain, Marketing and sales.
- Taking lead in planning and getting the schedule for plant trials.
- Conduct factory `scale up\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x99 and monitor first production runs along with leading pilot trials as and when needed.
- Organize and Participate in internal Sensory taste panel sessions.
- Ensuring the Product handover documentation is completed.
- Meeting the regulatory and customer-specific requirements while developing the product.

- Meeting R&D documentation process & control requirement
- NPD Process adherence while launching new products
Work experience requirement
8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in chocolate and bakery application as well as technology
Qualification
- MS Food Science
- BSC Agriculture (specializing in food science and Technology)
- BS Food Technology
