Job brief

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for consulting and implementing the products and solutions to OSOS value customers across the globe based on the need of the customer. Implementation Consultant work closely with internal and external and make sure the end-to-end implementation includes but is not limited to, collecting and understanding the customer requirements, configuring and customizing the product or solution, data migration, Hands-on training, testing, and support. In addition, support the presales and support team. work closely with the product owner for enhancements requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively demonstrate and explain OSOS products solution portfolio.
  • Involve in consulting and implementing the appropriate product solution to OSOS local and international customer.
  • Make sure end-to-end solution fit for the customer and implementation go smooth that usually include collect and understand the customer requirements, configure and customize the product or solution, data migration, Hands-on training, testing and support.
  • Make sure implementation success is based real benefit delivery.
  • Focus on benefit delivery with positive customer feedback rather just completing the implementation on time.
  • Make sure the benefit sustainment continues from the implementation and continue with support.
  • Continuously Improve and optimize the implementation process to gain maximum benefits.
  • Share your idea or identifying the improvement in product.
  • Share the lesson learn and identify key take aways to adopt in next implementation.
  • Work as an interface among various stakeholder in term of requirement collection, capture, design, support, develop, test and deliver.
  • Documenting user requirement by using business analysis best practices.
  • Using various tools and technique to format and simplify requirement in a way that suits to various level of stakeholder.
  • Closely work internally with project manager, product owner, technical and support team.
  • Able to go for installation within city, out of the city and country depend on the need.
  • Based on the need you will engage with sales and presales team.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic. (Prefer Omani National)
  • Bachelor of Computer Science/ Software Eng. / IT
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Implementation/Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • Involve in minimum 1 - 2 implementation of any known ERP or Product.
  • Possess effective communication skills to demonstrate the product, listen to customer, consult and provide the solution to customer convince easily.
  • Must have hand-on experience of one well known ERP or Business Support System for example (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Zoho, Odoo, IFS or any other etc.).
  • Domain Knowledge in any of the domain of ERP applications (HRMS, Finance & Supply Chain, Retail, Property Management, HSE and Academic etc.)
  • Clear process definition, modeling, analysis and documentation of the cross-functional core business processes (As-is & To-be).
  • Collecting the requirement and formalize in formal requirement documents for various stages like BPM, Context Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence or Activity diagram.
  • Have software development knowledge and experience before.
  • Hands-on in Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Integration Testing.
  • Analytical Skill, creative and critical thinking, negotiation skill.
