Provide business support to the Loan Agency team members, handling conventional and Islamic Agency facilities for clients across the globe and in various sectors. Act as proactive front office agency relationship member for Loan Agency business, as both Facility / Investment Agent and Security Agent. Reporting to senior member of the team in all LA matters relating to the assigned tasks. Offering best in class front office Agency services with focus on value addition throughout the life cycle of the transaction (rather than a "post box approach"), client satisfaction and risk awareness. Responsible for taking appropriate action to meet the bank's, the team's and the individual objectives and in particular, compliance with agency best practice standards while taking risk controls, regulatory requirements and client satisfaction of Loan Agency service delivery into account. Proactively supporting and identifying opportunities improve efficiency within the Loan Agency function. Lead and actively participate in projects within Loan Agency and where appropriate across the department/bank as a whole. Support new joiners on agency tasks and best practice and in line with FAB Loan Agency service delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supporting in all administrative functions of the role
Liaising with Agency Operations on relevant BAU matters
Handling client pitch books / pipeline / database
Assisting in transaction closing including handling smooth CP / CS process
Assisting in coordinating on client onboarding
Coordinating with relevant teams in registering security
Setting up data sites for transactions
Managing end to end processing of primary and secondary trades, from Agent's perspective
Manage information undertakings (incl. financial information) and maintaining records
Updating / maintaining MIS / records for the business
Handle operational / ad hoc tasks assigned by the Loan Agency team members.

Qualifications

• Incumbent at this level is expected to have a Degree in a relevant discipline or qualification.
• Basic understanding and experience in Loans
• Experience in Loan Agency would be desirable
