What you will do
Sales Planning
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and given marketing strategies
Sales Target
Achieve Sales/Gross Margin Target set by the management on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis by activities mentioned below
Generating Sales Enquires on monthly basis so as to achieve Order booking strike rate of 15-20% of enquiry quoted every month based on assigned Sales Target
Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to Key Developer/Consultant & MEP contractors
Customer Relation /Networking
Maintain good rapport with key clients, design Consultants
Interact and engage customer for information feedback related to competitor's pricing/products proposed
Understand and analyze the customer needs
